Disparitiy in Wealth and Development is the second core topic.

We will be looking at inequality in different countries in the world, poverty and its casues and effects

We will also take a look at a variety of models that explain inequality today - these include the Dependency Theory and the Rostow Model.

Lastly, we will look at disparity at a global level and examine the effectiveness of trade, aid and debt relief
